"Sleep Out 2011": Centrepoint held its seventh Sleep out on 10/11/11 at Broadgate's Exchange Square, London. Among the 650 sleepers were Richard and Chloe Madeley, Radio 1 DJ Sara Cox, X Factor star Rebecca Ferguson, Christopher Biggins and footballer David Ginola. The night raised around £250,000 for Centrepoint - the UK's leading charity for homeless young people.
"Ella's Message": At the coldest time of year, we desperately need your help. Every minute we waste between now and Christmas makes it more likely that homeless young people will yet again have to spend the festive season on the freezing streets.
Ella is typical of the young people we're trying to reach before Christmas. Thrown out of her home by an abusive mother, she faces another terrifying winter simply trying to survive.
"Luminities": Download it here: http://bit.ly/StreetsOfLondon, http://www.Facebook.com/Luminites. Centrepoint Christmas Single. All proceeds go to the charity.
"80,000 young people in the UK experience homelessness every year. Centrepoint helps young people back into education, employment and a home of their own."
