W+K London Royal Wedding-themed display

1.1 million people are expected to visit London for William and Kate’s wedding, and ad agency Wieden + Kennedy is hoping that more than a few of them are drawn to a special Royal Wedding-themed display at the front of its Hanbury Street office.

The display, which was built by W+K designer Jo Glover and spatial designer Philip Cooper, features a six-foot high wedding cake that pays tribute to Royal wedding cakes past and, more interestingly, an interactive, Royal Wedding-themed postcard maker. The postcard maker lets passersby create their own virtual souvenirs, complete with gold framework and twin crowns, to upload to W + K’s Facebook Page.

The agency is also inviting one and all to explore its Royal Wedding-themed exhibition in its L gallery, and to enjoy free W + K cupcakes the day before the wedding.
